All of these particular kinds of pictures are made using "Garry's Mod"Β (or Gmod for short), which is a sandbox game (Meaning you're free to pretty much do whatever you want). A lot of people who play Gmod like to use it to make pictures using character models and objects that have been ported from other games, etc. and pose them. There's a whole community of talented 3D artists who make and port models to it using various software.
