Anyway ... the insane me does meaningless drabbles and working on non-CG coloring skills. Yeah, that's it.

^_^ The marker work is smooth and the linework is great! You blend and overlay colors well! Traditional art is so wonderful, and you do such a great job!
Forcystus looks so cute! *glomps the picture*
May I ask if the two slight orangy-yellow areas (on his left shoulder and to the right of his nose) are the result of an evil scanner, or did the markers sort of mingle that way when you were coloring? It could also be my monitor that is causing the problem. The image is so well done that these two areas seem out of place. ^_^* I can't criticize marker pictures much, though. I suck at markers. I leave overlay streaks all over the place and the image starts to look a kid's doodle.
Regardless of those two spots, I love this picture! I'll add it to my favs!

Well it might be the markers, but its only a very light difference in shading the scanner made show up because of it's high resolution. ^.^
And I guess you use normal markers, they always leave streaks no matter how good you are. That's why I use Copics they are far more expensive though but are made to blend like that making the colors look like printed.
XD

I figured it was the evil scanner. I just shows up really yellowy on my monitor *kicks her computer* I think that is a major drawback of digital scanners/computer hardware.
No, no. I have used Copics and have had the same problem. I honestly just suck. I'm not ashamed to admit that.
