hmm....started drawing few years ago...never do this special practice for hands or whteva..i'm too lazy... BUT there's always reference on wht position i wanna draw so it makes thing easier plus i dun care how they do that sausage thing before drawing fingers.. i'm so slow to do anything

No I think it's very nice~!!! What I mean unique is that you have the style that no one has, and makes it very easy to be recognized as yours~!! ^^
