really cool TRON start orb..You will need windows 7 start orb changer from here [link]
dont worry it will always make a back up of your explorer.exe before you change it,then you can bring it back to default,

If you like this check also my desktop designs and
or comment..PS, just download the image then use photoshop or paint maybe then save it as BMP (in photoshop choose 32 bit its much clearer) remember SAVE AS! dont just change the extension from ,jpg to .bmp or it wont work!
EDIT: ive added the zip file containing the bmp, for you guys ,so you wont convert it any more

sad to say but deviant art converts bitmap into jpegs..
actually this was a bmp which i converted to jpeg then bmp again from photoshop to ensure that when people download it and convert it to bmp it still has its quality,,, be sure to choose windows and 32 bit in the bmp save as option ok,
this looks good on my desktop, no quality loss
