So, while I was out celebrating my brother 's 21st birthday, I was working on this commission for of his three OCs, Neggy (left), Noel (center), and Contessa (right). From what I was told, Neggy's outfit is what she wears when she's serious, and Contessa's outfit is what she wears when she wants to psyche out Neggy. So who is the one dressed for success?
