True adulthood is learning the difference between maturing and growing up. I sincerely hope for everyone reading this that they become mature, but never grow up.---
Pretty much my feelings on my... geez... 30th birthday, coming up on October 6th! Blaze makes a return in the comic. For those that don't know, Blaze is a black dragon, and Firelight's twin sister, with whom she is very close. (I say "twin," but obviously that mostly applies when Firelight is in her dragon form, as she's a wooly right now. It's complicated!)
Edit: Fixed Blaze's leg being too small, one of the panel outlines, and a halo around Blaze's linework.

That is definitely the story of life. Iam turning 19 in November, my mind is still a bit interested in childish things, and I am barely struggling toΒ a good grasp of adulthood. Hopefully I would mature enough.Β

I wished my childhood was really happy but, smiles turned to frowns when I turned 7 and tried to return when I turned 17.
The reason: Having a wicked stepfather, and the divorce returned my "happiness" too late.Β Enough said.
Now, that I am 33...I feel like I am far behind everyone else so I have to train extra hard in order to catch up.
