I managed to use GIMP on an Ubuntu computer while working on one of my projects (a self-portrait; thanks for the grid, GIMP.) Hooray for photo-manipulation!

Plus I managed to put a one-inch grid on it.

We had to make the drawing two to three times bigger than the original picture.
