Aw, God! Forgive me for making beach suits! I can't avoid it, i tried to make the women beach-suit as polite as I could!
I got the idea from having an onsen(hot spring)in Bandung. Although is not look alike a beach at all, but the experiment I had gave me this idea.

Mmmm... Have I seen this before? 
Well, what I like a lot in this picture are:
- The water effect: The white waving lines create a water effect real enough to know that's watter, but not too detailed to catch your attention from the characters, so it's very well done.
- The compositon: Two main characters in first view and four more in a nice second view-bg ... The composition works very well, and the colors are very balanced.
- The detailed lineart, and the ladies' faces ^__^
Nitpicks: (little ones, there is nothing really wrong there, but I just want to poke you)
- If the four ones at the bg are just floating, then OK, but if they are playing with the boys walking over the sea ground, then we should see a little shadow there, or at least a darker water color, at least if we are still able to see their feet shadows as we do.
- If that at the back background is the sun, it doesn't fit the opposited lights in the characters shading.
(take this as constructive comments, to try to improve your 99% perfect art to a 100% rate, you admired artist you)

Very nice, how you've paid attention to detail, like the water soaking up the clothes and fur. Looks like fun too ^^. The bunny has fangs? wouldn't want to mess with her...
