Drops a sleep powder that leaves his victims asleep once they are asleep, can manipulate the victim's dreams, turning them into totally happy dreams or frightening nightmares, ideal to interrogate and obtain secret information without resistance, then the victim wakes up without remembering anything.
Weaknesses:

Isn't very agile and fast.
Is less stronger than Four Arms.
If catch a cold or sick, his strength is reduced.
