Can teleport anywhere he want.
Can create multiple fusions of light and black holes without doing anything physically.
Can absorb all kinds of energy using his cables.
Can use the stored energy to trigger powerful electrical charges.
Can shoot the stored energy to fly using it as a jet-pack.
Can use his antennas to "sniff" radio signals.
Weaknesses:

Can be destroyed by a Chronosapien time bomb and is vulnerable to attacks of time.
His powers of omnipotence can be absorbed.
Other celestialsapiens can hurt him.
Can't survive in Anur Vladias.
He needs to absorb other types of energy from time to time to fight, because the energy contained in is exhausted through use.
Once powers up his electric energy blasts, he cannot stop himself from shooting them.
