Can spit a freeze ray of his mouth, so freezing cold lava, and ice cover the ground to pass skidding.
Can survive in any sub-freezing temperatures.
Can breath underwater.
Can create magnetic fields to attract metals and overload electrical circuits.
If is destroyed, can shortly after regenerate again.
Can generate an electromagnetic force field that protects him from most of ballistic attacks and solar energy attacks.
Has telekinetic control over metal, allowing him to levitate and move it around without physical contact.
Can use his magnetic abilities to perform electrokinesis.
Can survive in the vacuum of space due to his head not being connected to his body.

Weaknesses:

If uses his ice breath too much, he'll need to catch his breath before using it to freeze things again.
His head can hit away from his body, leaving him helpless and unable to reconnect with his head.
His powers are useless against non-magnetic objects.
