I did, but I don't know how this works through reading the image description. It lists the names of digimon and the link doesn't meantion anything much different from what I've seen. If there's anything about paying for anything then I've come missed it or it's not there.

We already have the answers to pretty much every hypothetical DNA here. Stingmon, Angemon, and Gatomon DNA to Dinobeemon, MagnaAngemon, and Angewomon, while Birdramon goes into Garudamon, and so on.

MagnaAngemon and Angewomon are Angemon and Gatomon's Ultimate forms attained through normal Digivolution. DNA Digivolving is not the same thing. Besides, we already know what the original Digi-Destined's Mega Forms would look like (Patamon and Gatomon's were confirmed in Digimon: The Movie and everyone else's were confirmed in tri.). What you're describing is what's called Super Evolution (in the original Japanese, at least), which Adventure's canon just treated it like normal digivolving.
Using the definition here: Jogress Evolution (Dub: DNA Digivolution) fuses two or more Digimon of any level to evolve into a single merged Digimon, usually of a higher level. Jogress is a portmanteau of "joint" and "progress".

Contrary to popular fandom misconception, DNA is not "abnormal" or an interruption of the normal line, but just one way to progress by absorbing Digimon for power. The XW manga spells this out in ShootingStarmon's case, and a few more shows it in practice. You can pretty much name *any* evolution, and find it as a DNA somewhere. There are even a number of cards like wikimon.net/Bo-285 , where both paths are available.
We specifically have it per the Wonderswan games that both MagnaAngemon and Shakkoumon can come from Angemon & Ankylomon depending on the lead, and the same goes for Gatomon and Aquilamon. They're dual outcomes like Paildramon & Dinobeemon.
Birdramon -> Garudamon as a DNA is from the card game (wikimon.net/Bo-89 ), and it also has WereGarurumon + literally anyone -> MetalGarurumon and the entire Veedramon line as DNAs. Lillymon -> Rosemon as a DNA happens in the Story games, and so does the Savers Megas -> Burst Modes.
