Description
I have recently started doing a lot of studies from the Old Masters and some of the not so old ones. I am just awed by their mastery over the medium, and their understanding of light and colour. So, studying their works have given me newer insights into the subtle relationships between these factors in making a painting stand out. Though, re-creating an oil painting in digital does take away a lot of that novelty. Still, I'm learning, I guess.
