Description
Another shot taken in the Army Barracks up in the Kowloon Tong Hills.A very lonely, dark, tunnel/maze structure under the hills.
I used flash for this shot, as i knew i could not hold the camera still enough for the shot... but i think it did benefit the feel of the image. The washed out walls and seeping dark tunnel captures and puts fear in one's heart!

I did a similar shoot a few weeks ago...It was very fun and I got some good shots but it was also terrifying...I've been looking around for more places like this. I love this shot.

Beautiful and mysterious. I like it! Might be a bit bright in the foreground, and that sort of steals some of the creepiness to it, but still. Awesome

i think all that brightness takes away lots of the potential unconfortable feeling this could have.. true it has a completely dark tunnel but the brightness has a greater impact than the darkness in this shot... i dont know how long that thing is (i can see something in the middle of the dark so im assuming that its not very long) but if i could go there again.. id be sure to take a tripod and a flashlight.. and place the flashlight on the ground.. 
anyway thats just a suggestion.. i like this and its minimalistic feeling as well as not knowing whats on the dark...

The tunnel is actually VERY long... there is a man standing in the far end of the darkness, but i thought to darken him out a little *grin*.

very gloomy. it feels almost ghostlike with those white-washed walls... creepy

it was very scary!... and luckily i had a friend with me, but honestly, it did not help much! Those tunnels go on for miles and i got lost many times!

In architecture, I think the appropriate word would be "brutalism". Harsh forms or materials used for a very minimalistic, cold effect. Excellent.

I like the concept and perspective very much. Maybe I would have used more contrast to make it a little more " aethereal", looking as an "alien tunnel" sort of thing or the contrary of the " light tunnel" they say you've to follow when... right, I think you got it

Woah excellent shot, I like the white washed walls in such a dark place, makes you wonder why they even bothered to paint it if they will never see the light of day. I admire the center composition and the perspective, helps add to alot of symmetrical features of the shot and gives a nice feeling of depth. Wonderfull work
