This one is rather interesting, I must admit. It's a cute picture to begin with, I might add. The shading and art style is very appealing;it's amazing.. As a Sonic Fan Character, I can't say this is too original, but in general it's the latter.
The technique is very impressive. Like I said before, the art style is very appealing. The stature she has is also very great.
As for the general vision and mostly impact, I can't say much. If there had been a background, then maybe. However, in the end, I think this is a great one. Nice!
