This is a beautiful piece with a simple look to it. It has great shading and highlighting, the hair looks great. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe add a background or backstory to this character. These things are not necessary but just a thought, it gives your character more content. Like why does she have horns, is that a tattoo near her eye? Otherwise, everything is perfect, the face is perfectly shaped, I think the eyes are a little bit too big but I think it is your style. I think the blue palette that you keep with.
