This was INCREDIBLY fun to do! i dont draw canines very often, so i hope the wonky anatomy doesnt look Cattish XD
She commissioned me last night, you all know ive been having some problems getting on track, but this knocked me back in line an dpushed me to get in doen within a few hours C: ill be finishing up other commissions as well
I swear if one more person says this looks like Balto...

If you have trouble with paws tho, just remember that they don't look bumpy like cats do, and either they haves nails, or they don't. They don't have the lines where they're supposed to be

The front leg of the black one is bent a little strange. Canine legs don't tend to bend like that. Their back legs look really thin even for the perspective. Their faces and eyes are very well done and very canine-ish

Thanks for pointing out the strange bending, i might actually fix it along with the fluff on the brown wolf [his head looks bald to me] The back legs seem bent funny too now that uve pointed out the front one...
...but i made them that thin on purpose 8D ever since i did THIS pic, ive been slightly obsessed x]

i think it turned out nicely, and no, it doesn't look aNYTHING like Balto. I dont see where you got that idea XD i really love how you did the eyes - they really pop out from the picture in a truely beautiful way. and i love that effect of falling snow

Some people just have a problem with canine characters, and calling them Balto-rip-offs is their way of dealing with the current "popularity". So if it's a wolf, it's automatically ripped from Balto, even if their appearance, personality, or backstory has nothing in common.

its differant for every picture, 1 to 3 hours xD and yeah, i take breaks and get distracted by the TV so thats probly why it takes so long.
