Bacterian and Giran.

Bacterian is the human. He's rather large, but not very strong, even by early DB standards. His trick is that he never bathes, so he overwhelms his opponents with his terrible smell, and while they are distracted, he strikes. He loses to Krillin because Krillin has no nose, and therefore no sense of smell.

Giran is called a "Kaiju" or giant monster, of the Godzilla variety. But he's not a giant. He is strong though. He can also spit a type of gum that traps his opponents. Goku broke out of course, and his display of power spooked Giran so bad he forfeited the match.
