Overall I'd say this is a really beautiful piece! I especially love how you segmented the hair, it has a nice stylized feel to it. The warm colour palette mixed with a few purple tones is also very pleasing to the eye. There are two things I think you could improve on, however:
First of all the shading. Don't be afraid to use darker values! If you put this under a black and white filter, the values are pretty bland with very low contrast. (especially in the skin area) I also think that with the thicker lineart and more cartoonish style, cell shading would work better. (though I guess that's subjective) Like this, it just seems very smudgy without much thought or structure put into it.
The other thing would be the face proportions. Her right eye is slightly smaller than her left, which wouldn't happen since this is a full frontal position. You can easily check this by flipping the canvas horizontally a few times while in the sketching phase. This is so you get a fresh look at your drawing and are able to see mistakes better!
