I still don't understand why it is my favorite game, either. I don't even know how they manage such low performance anyhow.
2007: Very old hardware, ran on medium settings. 10-20 FPS
2011: More modern hardware. Ran on medium. 5-20 FPS
2014: "Cutting Edge" ( in comparision ) hardware. Runs on Medium-High. Still has an average 20 FPS. Setting it to low STILL keeps it on 20 FPS.
also, Point-Blank Scattergun does about 120 HP of damage. the heavy has 300. you should need only 2 hits and 1/2 to kill a heavy. or 1 successful crit.

XD Damn you Superior Lemon, we where the bane of each others existance. I would literally plot out how to defeat him, and him alone, as a sniper. We are like some sort of bad cartoon group XD.

The reason it's laggy is because you are useing a computer that has a outdated graphics card or your internet conection is shitty. My advice is to do two things:
1. Get a better laptop and improve on your connection.
2. Also, some of the players you face are more exprenced and are naturally better because they know the system and understand the gameplay. Among other things.
Also, I would never expected someone like you to play games like this. I actually find it quite rare.

My laptop is pretty new.
Other games work fine. It's just TF2.
My internet connection is perfect as well.
Besides, I hear a lot of people complaining about the lag in TF2.
I'm also a pretty good player actually. I'm playing TF2 for years now and I'm usually in the top 3 during a game. I understand how the game works, but I still think some circumstances in this game are unfair.
I absolutely love TF2, this is not a hate comic or something. I just like to rage about this here and there. No offense.
FPS are extremely fun! But I like every kind of game. TF2, Bioshock, Rayman, League of Legends, Fallout NV, Left 4 Dead, Diablo , starcraft, Dust etc.

When I mean connection to the web, I mean the server of Steam or the server of the system. Like with a Television, certain curcumstances may cause issues in a connection with the game. Another reason for lag is because TF2 is a large game and requires alot of attention and FPS, your "new" laptop is robably not built to handle games like a more game-friendly system (i.e Alienware). I do know owever that there are programs and mods that help level out the use of FPS usage so seek them out when possible.
So you play a lot of games like those? So do I (aside from Rayman, League of Legends, Diablo, and Dust).
