From what I know these were Sega's official mascots of Shadow & Rouge to coincide with the release of SA2. Loved these mascot suits, but you should put a link to where you originally found the photo as you are breaking DA rules.

Hi.
I know this isn't your cosplay. I know that these are the official Rouge and Shadow costumes that SEGA use. I know that this photo was taken around 2002 at a SEGA event in Japan, and that you've just found the pic on the Internet and decided to upload it and claim that it's your costume.
If anyone is interested, I have the exact same photo but in a much higher resolution. PM me for details if you want the proof.
