I feel like I keep discovering a new way to do "something" in PS each time I start exploring it.Because of that, I feel like I still have ALOT more to learn.
Here is a piece where I was trying to get my representation of lighting down a lil better. Much respect to every1 whom brushing comes easy to.
The border is , ... jus no good - I just couldn't leave it without one, and felt like I would at least try something. Better than not attemtping anything i was thinking, ... ehh, .. maybe.
Anyhow, ... here it is... "c0rtex"

the 2D work on the bottom left is cool, like that alot. Its interesting that you have almost managed to imitate the 3D abstract render style using just Photoshop! Quite an achievement.
If its that abstract look you are going for then you should definately think about moving into using a 3D package - it would make your job a bit easier.
