you don't need to use all of the tools.
You just need Stard0ck Ic0n Package and 7c0nifier, but I made myself some icons for 7c0nifier like the one in the taskbar and on the desktop.
For the theme just copy it to c/windows/recources/themes.
can you give me a link of the Chinese forum.
