First attempt at animating... very frustrating, tried my best to match "Staring Misha" and "Staring Shizune" by .Also great thanks to Mike for his animation tutorial, very helpful indeed.

Thanks! But unfortunately I can not fix it, the blinking frames are already at 0 second delay and the GIF just plays slower outside Photoshop.

Very nice, I thought it was actually a new one by Mike before looking at the description!
If you don't mind a bit of criticism, there were a couple of things that bothered me a bit about this. First, the time between the start of the animation and when she blinks seems a bit short. Maybe it's just my memory being off, but I remember Mike's icons having a bit of a longer delay before the girls blinked. Also, Rin is blinking REEEEEAAAAALLY slowly; I'm guessing that was intentional, since Rin is kind of a laid back, "slow" kind of girl, but I think it's a bit too slow. I think just a very small decrease (like around or less than half a second) in the length of the blink animation should be enough.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I did intended to make her blink slower but not that slow. When this was played in photoshop it was in a perfect speed, somehow when I export it into a GIF file it became so much slower. I planned on fixing it but I forgotten about it, thanks for reminding me.
