Description
The Python dragon is complete! After a grueling two-and-a-half weeks of work, I can honestly say this dragon is done! Originally, he was supposed to be green and red, but I found the clashing colors to be a dizzying eyesore, so I put the red layer in Multiply and added flames to give a better contrast. This dragon is so hot he literally burns the ground when he walks and drags his belly! The smoke made it more realistic, too. I think he looks a lot better as a result, don't you? What's more, the only printed copy of this dragon is being sent to Emilia Clarke as a gift. After everything she has been through and revealing her personal health struggles and her miraculous recovery, everything she is doing for others with her new charity to help those recovering from brain damage and strokes, and after she liked my previous dragon I sent to her, I feel she deserves nothing less than another dragon created by my hand.

Again...where do you download the patience to draw this stuff?
And here I thought that sardines would drive me crazy.
Really impressive drawing. Did you draw the fire in Photoshop or MSPaint? I used to scan my drawings long ago and then coloring it with Photoshop magic.
But I thought of a cool super power for any super-powered lizards/snakes/reptiles. I saw a documentary once of the Sahara desert and the narrator explained that scales reflect light to avoid intense heat. Well, what if that creature can reflect lazers? It is light after all.

I see. I would find it relaxing if my life didn't have such a rush trying to finish projects as fast as I can. I want to avoid stress at all costs.
And I've never heard of that program. I've only seen things like GIMP.
And cool! Kinda reminds me of the fire-proof scales from How To Train Your Dragon.

Me too. Despite my skill, I wish I could draw realistic sharks without a refrence. I always use photos to capture their anatomy right.

I see.
Speaking of snakes, I had this idea in my mind which I would like to pitch to a studio. It's about a King Cobra who gets captured by a cruel Indian snake charmer. The king then finds himself with a lot of different snake species from around the world, including the black mamba, who becomes a rival. But all of the snakes have to eventually work together and use their difference to find their way home.
It sounds simple and kind of childish, but there's a lot more in between to add in the plot. It has a lot to do with bullying, competition and abilities.

Well, this story is more focused on the facts and differences about the species. Trying to dominate each other and be on top of the food chain. But eventually they realize that their differences will help them get home.

That King cobra will get a taste of how dominating he is towards other snakes. Especially his prey. I think rat snakes are a common food source for them right?

Yes, as are pythons, vipers and other cobras.

Cool. :3
This idea actually all started with that snake drawing I made years ago. A black mamba fighting a king Cobra.
I think when I was 11 or 9, I went to a place where they had animals like tarantula's, reptiles and snakes. There was a group of people holding 2 young Pythons and I grabbed one of them while it slittered on my neck towards my left shoulder.
I was the only child to do this that day. And didn't notice the other snake coming towards me and then getting its tongue in my face for a second.

His expression reminds me of the meme of a dog in a burning house. Just look into his eyes.
