Description
As Panda and Delta try to rescue Dolly meanwhile two Italians Brothers on a boat spot them and come to the rescue despite the fact they'er on vacation.The Russians try to pull Dolly aboard but Delta and Panda were too strong but soon Delta louses grip of Dolly's paws which delighted Dr Spalko

I kinda have an idea... I know in 101DS that humans can't understand Dolly but in this comic maybe they all can talk normally to mario and luigi.
I dunno what I just said, but still hope to see more from this, and actually this works when you dim down the part with Mario and Luigi's part.

It would be interest and don't think of it now...
Mario + Luigi saves Dolly but Panda and Delta gets caught meanwhile Luigi tries to save them 2 but he also got caught on rope but the Russians just throws him back in the water. . . like "We don't have time from you, Skinny Italian Man!"
While Mario saves Luigi, after the save Dolly was "barking" at the Bros but realize that they could just hear her talk normally... Mario says out loud "Y'know you just spoke to out there clearly, why are you barking at us? We clearly understand you, dog..." leading that (some) humans come understand her, so Dolly tried to hide it but then she's like "okay, fine... you got me. I guess some humans can understand dogs... But can you pick up the phase! We gotta get my friends back!".
I'm trying to get her attitude based from the show as much as I can... (Even though I don't have the show cause I'm from the U.S. ... it got rejected from Disney U.S. but it will be on Disney+ soon.)
And Dolly ask who they are, The Bros. go with their quotes "Its-a me, Mario!" and "I'm-a Luigi, number one", but Dolly had to mock it be like more like "Number "0" if you ask me... and Mario, if you were a savior then why can't you just catch back to the ship!"
So Mario and Luigi choices on Dolly's command and goes after the ship... however, the motor busted out in the very middle and made them and Dolly stuck out in sea..... Dolly clapped but wasn't not amused when that happened... Mario had to think of a different plan but clearly it has to be like that someone has to move the boat for him...
More concepts will come but this is what I got so far if not then you think of one.

nice and then Mario like gets Dolly to push the boat Sence it ran out of gas and he is telling them this pretty awesome plan of how to rescue them one part involves a rope a rock .
and then meanwhile Delilah (Dollys mother ) I think catches wind of what happend
