Description
While swimming around Issac passes a kelp field when one of the kelp tried to grab him but missed only to try again and grabbed him Issac tried to screamed but it coiled around him he was stuck.this was a request by Isaacthemerpupdrawer

Isaac never comes out of a trap.
Compared to Mangled, it also doesn't come out of a trap even if it is transformed into Dragon or Rabbit.

mangled could rescue him

Mangled can obviously save him and can remove all those vines from Isaac in order to free him, but many times it is very likely that Mangled will miss him and be caught by these vines as well.
