This is a art trade for IssacthemerpupDrawer heres the story Issac was swimming around with Dolly. They talked about how good being a merpup was. But scuba divers spotted them and aimed their net launchers at them. Dolly saw this and swam the opposite direction of them. Isaac looked, only to be captured by one of them. Other than Jake's obession, he cares for Rita, he'll even sacrifice himself for her.
Jake is emotionally unstable, so he gets uncontrollably angry and/or sad easily.
If Jake's anger takes over, Jake becomes Nemesis.

well Delta was a young cub in the Wyoming born half rougarou and half wolf in the wilderness however she did not know she’s was part rougarou anyway she lived in the wilderness with her parents. Until hunters captured her and killed her father and injured mother, she was then shipped to at the time Soviet Russia where she was then raised in a circus where she was forced to do tricks and stunts at the crack of a whip which a few times would hurt her while in Russia she saw and heard the horrors the place had to offer terror and fear ,the KGB and the gulags as she mostly ventured out from the circus a few times she had gained a fascination for machinery after seeing a lot of it and becoming interested in them she also she would read what ever she got her paws on as there was barely anything to do over there and in the circus which she would be dragged back too and slapped if caught out her cage also because she wanted to known how these things worked. ( besides it was the early 20th century like late 40s and early 50s the internet did not exist yet so she had to have gotten her knowledge somewhere its also how she is smart enough to figure out stuff ) but what if I told you that she had some help Believe it or not i didn't mention is that there was a person who actually was her friend while in Russia. His name was Sergei and he would bring her sustenance or steal the key to her cage and let her out also it was Sergei who taught her to read hinting how she was able to read those books she found and would bring back, even sometimes letting her ride in the cab of the locomotive (that hauled the circus) with him ether on the go or when it was in the yard when loading or unloading the circus from the cars hinting how she learn to drive it. He also got her to speak after hearing her trying to read the words out Ironically even though she was from Wyoming but due to his teachings Delta ended up developing soft but tough sort of Russian accent.
But they'er friend ship came to an end when the KGB took him away to a death camp saying he was a conspirator but that was not true.
anyway one night while in St. Petersburg during a show she snapped and she attacked her trainer after being poked with a stick and yelled at she was not going to stand for the abuse anymore, when this happen the audience suddenly ran screaming and soon other men started beating her to make her stop but she ended up attacking him. when she turned she saw one of the men pull out a shot gun, he tried to shoot her but missed when Delta ran for it hitting a lantern setting the big top on fire . she escaped but not before getting burned a bit.
the men went hunting for her but gave up soon. After getting on a ship to France and then one to America Delta tried to make it back home running form hunters and machines used to destroy the forest that she went through, that is how she gained her hatred for man kind seeing them as nothing but heartless monsters who crave blood and hate creatures like her and considering what happen to her friend Sergei as well she kinda became pardoned as well .
one night she was almost killed by a farmer after she tried to get one of the chickens as she ran she came across the locomotive and four of the cars used in the circus (you see a page of it soon) the engine was in-full steam so she took off while no one was looking, she soon arrived in a old abandoned railroad camp/ mine which she was quick to capitalize on when she fixed it up to her liking and collected all the scrap she could find to build some of her contraptions, she still lives there, now if your wondering if shes scared of humans why is interested in machines you see instead of being afraid of these mechanical things she realized she can use them against humans in including weapons and her curiosity with them lead to her wanting to build some of her own, that is how she got some of her contraptions like her gun and helicopter . anyway how she met the bears well you see Charlie was the first one she met and not wanting anything to do with him at first but soon she started to bond with him and then after a little mine cart/roller coaster ride Charlie wanted to introduce Delta to his Friends Grizz, Panda, and Ice bear, Delta became interested and so she followed him to the cave were she meets them, well everything heck they even exchanged stories and having fun, everything was going find until one day a human came by and well Delta got very aggressive to the person and chased him away, Grizz and Panda scolded Delta for what she did, Delta responded With "Why are mad at me I just saved you from getting enslaved by those things or worst killed. and then he said "what ! what are you talking about ?! " and Delta said "like you know you guys know you were around them to much heck how did you not see how dangerous they were after your friend was almost killed by them in that dog hotel !" Delta tried to run off but Panda grabbed her ripping her bandage off raveling four scar marks on her face presumably made by a whip. Now you know she you don't under stand do you. after leaving , Grizz and the other two went to a friend to try and help her that friend was Ranger Tabes and well to put it simple Delta kind of became friends with Tabes and re friended Grizz and his bros.
she also has a train and helicopter , shes also a mechanic and adventurous also becomes a rougarou when ether mad or upset and gose into a blind rage and has the strength to knock a rail car off the tracks shes also kind hearted more about her here > Delta the rougawolf refreance sheet
