You know those horror movies where the monster is right there, and the oblivious female lead is in murder range of it, BUT JUST DOES NOT SEE THE 7 FOOT ALIEN FOR SOME REASON, AND IT DRIVES EVERYONE IN THE AUDIENCE CRAZY?This is kind of like that.

Well, this was a posing angle I don't think I've drawn before, so that might explain the stiffness.
Since this sketch I've found a different way to do base anatomy work ( instead of rendering all the bones and muscles and shit ), so that might loosen some things up.
