Never. Every drawing I make starts with a sketch.
If I'm just doing something because I'm bored and have free time, odds are it won't make it past being a sketch.
If I actually start something with the intentions of it being something half-decent, I continue past the sketch phase and ink/colour it.
Even then, I still have a bunch of sketches that I like, and if I ever feel like it, they may get finished.

Also, inking has begun. Probably ready for colour within an hour.
