XD Earrings! He is not pierced, but that is really quite funny for some reason.
Ok - you've got the hair and the slightly manic grin down. (He does have a crazy grin when the adrenaline gets pumping, so Kaio it's not that out of place, actually.)
However, he is not that narrow/angular. Angles, yes, but pointy, no. Good on the cheekbones.
Seriously, every time I see any of these it makes my day.

I just don't picture him with this sort of grin normally, that's all. And since by the position of his shoulders, I presume he's standing still, it struck me as less "the adrenaline is pumping!" and more "I'mma chew on your head!"

The coloring process did an annoying job of eating the lines around his eyes and mouth. So he looks too airbrushed. - -; To my eye, anyway. Blah.
