A game character from a game called Shantae. Rottentops is a zombie, but not really that mindless. She travels with her two older zombie siblings, and has a spider that helps her access the 'web'.

I was going to have multiple women in the comic but all are different like i have a cat girl a succubi a zombie would be great! but their going to be room mates. Or something I'm still thinking it all out.
