Uro sat up on a branch in the tree that made up his team's base. The air was cooler than normal and he shivered a little. "Winter's getting closer...I hope I can still fit in the house." He looked down and saw the green dome that surrounded the base of the tree. He averted his gaze back up towards the stars. He leaned against the trunk, put his hands behind his head, and began to think.

He thought about the guilds closing down and what would happen to his friends. "Heartless said that he'd stay with me to go on adventures, so at least I have him." Then he thought about Amy and Doctor, Tails and his team, Fio and Colin, Robin and Pit...and Lyre...

He tried to shake the thought of her leaving out of his mind, but it would always creep back to him. He felt a knot growing in his throat and his heart sink a little, but he choked it down. "I need to evolve...and soon. Maybe then she'd like me a little more..." He promised himself that he'd train hard in the morning, maybe go to the Prismatic Jungle by himself and fight Dragon-Types until he became a Sceptile. "No...I can't go back there...If he saw me..." The image of a shiny Sceptile with a scar over his right eye flashed into his head. He shuddered at the bitter memory of his childhood.

"I'll train somewhere else...Maybe the Creeping Forest." He sighed and heard Kricketune playing in the forest nearby. He listened to their sweet music like a lullaby and closed his eyes. He remembered the hug he and Lyre shared, it made him smile and feel a little warmer. Then he drifted off to sleep, preparing for what ever tomorrow had in store for him.
