Description Made of sculpey clay, wire, and covered in silver paint! And each horse is about 6 inches tall.

This was done for a sculpture project and the theme was rhythm" so I decided to depict a horse because a horse is one of the most rhythmical animals in the animal kingdom. Rhythm was also depicted in the movement and how the first horse in motion is a skeleton, the second has now gained muscles, and the third is a full-bodied horse in full gallop.

This was a really fun project because for one thing, I absolutely have loved horses all of my life! And I had to learn the anatomy of the skeleton and muscles.
And it was probably the most difficult to do because of the medium I had to work with, having gotten a rather crumbly batch of clay that kept falling apart, and working on the balance of each horse. I wish I had more time to work on perfecting the anatomical details so some areas are a bit "off."

Critiques are welcome!

It looks amazing almost like real silver. It looks like you've really put quite some time and effort in it and it payed off!

This is very well done, the proportion, detail and motion. Two suggestions I would make: 1- make and bake the bones separately on the armature. You can bake Sculpey more than once which really helps to give layered effects. They make something called "Bake & Bond," which helps to bond unbaked clay to baked clay, great for making things that look like they're in pieces and still be strong. 2- make more of the muscles individually, it gives them more definition.
I know this because I made something similar. [link] I've had a deal of practice.

I love it! The third horse is particularly amazing.
