This was my attempt at a Spring Time picture. And look at how much brown I still managed to cram into it. I can't seem to stay away from Browns & Greens... I tried... I really did.Anyways... I decided to try out this 3D stock stuff. While I am not a big supporter of the already made up paper dolls out there. The flowers, butterflies, small props, are very helpful.
This image took me about 6 renders to get right. *sighs* I hate that cliff... And I spent over 8 hours in postwork repainting & tweaking the things Mr. Muse Daveon told me needed fixing.

You already know I think this is absolutely amazing. The framing is really really good in this picture. It looks so natural like a photographed scene. Her outfit has some great detail, and the cliffs remind me of Scarborough.

This is beautiful! I love the scenery. I actually have that cliff on my wishlist at RDNA. Why do you hate it if you don't mind me asking? I love how you have the rock coming out of the frame and that dress is fab! Man, I know I bought that dress a while back and I forgot all about it. I hate it when I do that! lol

It took decades to render with ray-traced shadows on... Once I realized that is what it was doing, I rendered it separate... then rendered the girl and props. The original version is so much nicer. I love huge pics. Original was 1600X1200ish can see so much better everything in it!

Oh, okay, cool. Thanks for tellin' me. I was gonna take it off my wishlist if it's not very good, lol, but I don't use raytracing very often anyways because my computer's a piece. I love huge pics too, I've been trying to make mine bigger so maybe I can do prints or something some day but I keep getting the size wrong for prints according to DA.

I managed to make one of them print size worthy I think... DA sucks sometimes.

I'm gonna try to start making my images based off that chart they have that tells what size to make them to get a certain size print. Even still, it looks like the biggest I might be able to do is a 20x20 print. I think trying to render anything bigger than that will make my computer have a kitten!

Everytime I see that cliff I go and play with it and it always looks funny but you really made it work. The browns and greens are so mellow and nice together.
