it's a beautiful day outside. birds are singing, flowers are blooming... on days like these, kids like you...S h o u l d b e b u r n i n g i n h e l l .
I'm officially part of the great undertale trash heap D:
well here's my version of human!sans which i made before seeing any others... and i found it interesting that a lot of the other human!sans also have a similar haircut. pretty neat huh.
but damn sans you a fine skeleton. i now know how that crazy school doctor in Nameless felt as he caressed his beautiful anatomical skeleton and whispered sweet nothings to it 40.media.tumblr.com/1996227458…

This is a very striking piece and it caught my eye in a group gallery alert which is quite an achievement considering it was in among at least ten others. The painting of the face is beautiful - you have a very nice range of tone. However (and this is a small criticism) the cheek does appear a little bit flat on the left side.
The skull like appearance on the right ties the image to the character very well and that eye socket is positively chilling in with a human complexion - a fantastic choice. It works particularly well with the buzzed hair.
Comparative to the face the balance of detail is very interesting in the rest of the image. Its unclear where exactly the fabric of his shirt begins, his hand appears almost like a stencil. This is good, it draws the eye back to the face by not over complicating the surroundings but keeping enough light and gesture that its impossible to confuse what is happening. In particular I like how the collar of the hood frames the face and brings your attention back to those amazing eyes.
The blasters dont seem entirely fitting here... I'm unsure if they are maybe too textured, which makes them look like cut outs, or if its because they aren't shaded in the same style but they look like someone else drew them. They dont tie in too well and I think putting them in more shadow, with the eyes a bit brighter could have given you much more impact.

anws I appreciate how thorough you were; I totally agree on the flaws you pointed out. they were a great reminder that i should be studying a wider variety of subjects that are not faces heh >.<

heh each to their own i guess. i love original sans too but i just felt like i couldnt draw skeletons and any skeleton i managed to draw didnt fit this style ;~;
