Powers/Abilities:
Flight
Flicker can fly using her wings. She is a powerful and agile flier and with different styles of flight, she is capable of hovering in the air as if frozen, flying with incredible speed and rapidly changing direction.

Weapon Proficiency
As a mercenary and contract killer, Flicker has learned to proficiently use a large arsenal of weapons. Her go-to weapon, though, is a sniper rifle. For close combat, she favours easy-to-hide knives.

Personality:
Flicker is not what one would describe as sociable. She mostly keeps to herself, making no effort to engage with others. If approached, she is able to make conversation but does not actively seek it out. She has a serious disposition, having learned to hide her real emotions since she was very young.
Despite all that, she has a cheeky side that only rarely shows, specifically when she can relax. She also likes making bets, especially to test her skill.

Backstory:
Flicker has a long history as a mercenary and contract killer. She has learned most of what she knows from her parent, who had also been a mercenary. She essentially continues their "family business". She is currently employed by Confetti's squad, after having been hired by the gang's previous leader and Confetti has not yet made the executive decision to to "fire" her. While under Confetti's rule, she has not been assigned any new targets but since she gets paid nonetheless, Flicker doesn't particularily care.

Trivia:
-Her eyes have always looked like they do
-Even in civilian clothes, she never leaves her home without at least one weapon
-which is typically a knife strapped to her thigh
-She has worked with Mimic the Octopus once for a job, describing him as "a nuisance to work with"
