Heh, the (slight) nosebleed is a common and clichè way (in anime) to show that a character is having pervy thoughts~ or is getting a little horny xD or something like that.
Now why exactly the nosebleed? I'm not sure xD
Maybe it's because the blood circulation in the nose area is rather fragile and warm temperatures (or high blood pressure) can make it bleed easily? I'm not sure.
It's kind of similar to the typical "sweat drop" related to being ashamed or awkward.
