Trust me you don't want me making a tutorial for you. It'll just leave you more confused than when you started. My technique is amateur at best. The only thing I've got going for me is that I've spent alot of time studying other peoples colours on here. Really look at what it is that makes them good and then apply that to your pictures. That's the only advice I'm qualified to give.

Thats damn fine for a mouse drawn piece. I like the atmosphere the piece has, given by the colour choice and rain I think. Oh, and nice rain effect.
I keep meaning to do some more colouring, but I just can't find the time/lineart.
