I've been working on a series of images to eventually blend together into a project on mental illness. After my recent later-in-life ADHD Diagnosis I am grappling with a mixture of simultaneous grief and relief.

This Midjourney generation is a visual representation of how ADHD can sometimes feel - memories, attention, focus - slowly slipping through the cracks of my skull and evaporating.

(Note for AI haters: AI art has given me the spark and drive to start learning and committing to art. My AI generations have inspired me to start drawing and digital painting. I plan on blending both mediums over time.)
