Notable changes:
Height
Nose Size/Less detailed nose
Suspenders
Smoother hair throughout to help de-age.

The goal of these changes:

De-aging McGee to around 15-years-old. A more updated and modern look that would be more recognizable to latter Gen Z and Gen Alpha without taking away too much of the 90's cartoon vibe. Clearly (hopefully) still very much recognizable to the original audience who grew up with McGee and Me without being insulting.

McGee's target height is about 6 and 1/2 inches.

Disclaimer: McGee: Drawn to Life! Is a fan-series based on Focus on the Family's McGee and Me! It takes a look into what the show could be like outside of just a religious audience (by removing religious messaging altogether) set in the present day, without getting rid of it's moral-of-the-story ethics. Subject matter is more in tune to what Gen Alpha expects in their programming, focusing on equality, activism, mental health, and what was else-wise considered "taboo" subjects in the 90s, with a fun plot driven lore that explains more about McGee's existence and Nick's ability to make drawings come to life.

It's not an official reboot of the series but a fun project.
