No where NEAR what I had in mind for this years pride picture, but at least I was able to get something done before the end of the month!

Aside from McGee and Ellie, these two are my crack.

Yes, that is Derrick Cryder and Nicholas Martin from a super Christian kids show from the 90s called McGee and Me (Basically walked so Veggie Tales could run). No, I will not apologize. Suck it, Focus on the Family.

They're both each other's first love and they date in secret (Cause it's the early 90s) for quite a bit until rumours start hurting Derrick's chances at a scholarship and Nicholas ends things to make sure his future is secured (Mutually). Derrick being Nicholas' familiar, however, means he always has a big place in Derrick's heart, which is something their future wives understand and wholeheartedly respect. Even more so once the lore and past life of McGee's is revealed and Derrick's part to play in it all. (Renee actually being their first and biggest supporter. She helped keep their dating life under wraps and was the one who always was pushing Derrick to admit his feelings to Nick. She considers herself and empath and has always had a feeling that Derrick and Nicholas' destinies were intertwined...but I won't get over zealous. I've already spoiled so much).
