This is the Symbol of "The United Federation Alliance", a group/society created by Calius Saraa Kirk. Ya I know, the wings on the falcon are way off and not even...also I dont know if I like the smaller stars in the background or not...

For the first few years, it only has three ships attached to its name: The Enterprise (its crew), The Talon and The Defiant*pending. I need a yay or nay from yous X3* ( the starting three) This simply means these crews believe in Justice for all and believe to stand up for the rights of all beings and will resort to deadly violence dead last.

The Alliance doesn't make a significant impact until much much later on, where it will be the key player in saving billions of lives, both human and alien.

For now, the Alliance is simply a group trying to make the Universe a better place for all.
