I tried to Cell shade and I think I still need more improvement (wish I could make the outside lines thiner but I um, only know one way to make digital lineart and its the more easier way out, I set my scanner to Bitmap so the image is scanned digitally and I have instant Lineart!)The horse's is pose is from [link] by done with her permisson

Another way to do liner is if you have photoshop, you can go to 'levels' and adjust the contrasts so that all the greyness fades to white and anything dark turns black.

Ive tried that, but the problem is, I can never draw smoothly enough with a pencil so I ink all my lines with black marker first...Perhaps I need to find a thiner tip, but Thank you!
