He sadly died still in that home he was in. The SPCA wouldn't listen and up here in Canada, Animal Welfare laws are not strict enough. If the horse has hay and access to water (even if its a stream) they're considered "not abused". But he had lots of loving and attention from us before he went and we kept him in good health till his owners put him down.

that horrible atleast he cant be hurt anymore. in the u.s we have stricter rules with animal ownership that just seem like everyday needs like you have to care for your animal. espiaccly with horses they must have at least 2 acers or grazing land and fed well, good feet, ect

hey just wondering are ferrets illegal in canda, they are in ny,hawaii and calafornia. sorry its a odd question but i was wondering if the usa if the only place where you cant have them in certain areas

Hehe,well he aint my horse yet,but im hoping i will get him^.^His owners dont feed him or nothing so my mom and i go feed him everyday,poor Bakura...
