Description
I thought it was time for a new ID and my initial inspiration came from when she drew this for me for my birthday [link]
This is the second drawing I did of this, originally the first one was with my prismacolor markers, but then after I was done, and it didn't look good, lightning struck and I remembered my mom had copic markers. So I ran to her room, got them, drew this one and used the copic markers to color them. This was my first attempt with copic, and I think I did a fairly good job save for a few mistakes. I like using copic, it's fun and interesting. Expect more from me!

Nice! Haha, that reminds me of the ID I just posted. Great minds think alike, I suppose.
I'm jealous of your ability to get your hands on any! Man, they are so expensive. It would take me AGES to buy enough to actually color anything useful with. *doesn't like spending gazillions of dollars on art supplies (even though she likes using them)*

Yours was so cute! It definitely helped me want to make a new ID
and the copics were something my mom and I had to acquire slowly over time since they're so pricey and I so know where you're coming from! I'm jealous you have photoshop and would LOVE to get my hands on it for my mac, but it's so expensive!

If it makes you feel better, it's just Elements 6, so it's a lot less expensive and less fancy than, say, CS 5.

What's the difference between them? I've never understood

Elements costs a lot less, because it's way less fancy. With CS5, there are way more tools and effects, etc., available than with Elements.

It is an awesome shirt though, even if I can't have one. Cheers.

So cute! I love your style. And the plushies are adorable. One question--how does she stick the pencil in her hair?? XD
Anyway, love it. I'll be looking at your other work!

Oh, I thought her hair was down. Every artist has done that at some point. I absentmindedly stick paintbrushes through my ponytail when I'm oil painting. It usually ends up with oil paint in my hair, which is NOT easy to get out.

lol sometimes when I put my pencil in my hair and forget about it, then I go on a rampage tearing the room apart looking for it, then I remember it's in my hair
