A custom commission for! bappledilkI did complete this once but i was a fucking idiot who forgot to save it and my computer restarted so! I HOPE YOU LIKE IT ;W; i love her so much though i have a slight feeling it may not what you wanted? i kinda kept it city themed,,, ;w;,,

how much would you be willing to redo?
i could design the otter i had in mind and you could recolor this to look like the otter if that makes sense?
the outlines would stay exactly the same, and it could be more like a reference sheet comm rather than a custom... i really hope that makes sense
