WHOO! Slayers was one of my very first anime obsessions. Over spring break I found a few new issues of the Slayers manga so I've been all happy about that. (For a while all that was out was that stuff with that Naga chick and I don't want anything to do with that--GIMME ZELGADIS NOW). But anyway. I always liked Lina; enough to excuse the pink outfit. She was crazy! And short! And flat-chested! And loved food and treasure! And fireballs!...I guess I can relate XD So FWAH! Lina painter smoosh!Related content

This picture is really cool; definitely a very different style from Slayers in atmosphere as well as technique, but still so very Lina Inverse. I particularly like how the two main colors are gold/yellow and black/dark grey. I'm sure L-sama is pleased! And some poor bandit is about to get roasted hehehe.
If you love Lina's antics ("gut instinct" tells me you do) and you haven't gotten into tabletop RPGs (such as Dungeons&Dragons), you really should try getting into tabletop RPGs (such as Dungeons&Dragons*). Slayers is basically An Average D&D Campaign: The Anime**. In fact, there is literally a Slayers tabletop RPG. (Sadly out of print now but I bet you could dig up a downloadable copy online.)
Whaaaat? No love for Naga? I guess you simply couldn't handle the amazing presence of the beautiful and powerfull sorceress, NAGA THE SERPENT! (Ohohohoho!)
