"Anderson-san, Konban wa." Says the Agent with a wireless ear piece. Neo knows right away this is no ordinary agent. As he trys to take a swing at it with his trusty sign post of smith-wooping he finds him self stoped mid air. "Iie" The agent responds before allowing him to drop hard on the ground.
What is going on here!?

Smith reads the code coming from the other agent and recognises him as the feared program Otaku Agent Mioboe Michi. Created from several Japanese programs Michi is able to copy any ones moves and abilities. He is feared even amongst other agents and is treated as a ronin. The program must be getting serious if it has called this guy in.

Translations- Iie (what Michi is saying)= "no". Nani (neos responce)= "what"
Mioboe= Remembrance. Michi= "way/road". The first thing he says in the comment block translates to "Good afternoon Mr Anderson"

This idea came about while trying to think of some thing to draw. First I thought of an Agent with a sword, then one fighting a Zion rebel and then this came about. At least I thought it was funny.
