UPDATE - Brighter version for monitors with bad brightness/contrast

I honestly think I should do more pictures like this, where it is mainly a sketch I have done, enhanced by digital coloring and highlights and other altercations, as I find my pencil shading to look infinitely better than my digital cell shading. xD

An element to the ending of Saff's Canon that I mentioned. "Transfixing" was the process that Saff was put through in his younger years by a shamed doctor by the name of Sark (who is later transfixed into Sadistic).

This is basically what Transfixed Saff would be like. The Transfixed entity is the ultimate result of Dr. Sark's (Sadistic) scientific formula that became only more corrupted as time went on after Saff's escape from his prison labs.

The original purpose of the project was to create a super soldier for good humanitarian objectives and creating power to end wards without bloodshed, the original trials however resulted in the deaths of those administered trial serums, the failure of the project led to the complete defunding and eventual dismiss of the doctor.

Sadistic's true persona was lost long ago (along with the genuine good wishes of his project, twisted into a project of evil) to a sinister primal instinct that has basically taken him over and it is the inevitable end for anyone who is fully transformed.

Saff managed to escape with only half of the process complete and that alone changed him drastically, and he was able to live a mildly decent life with a select few friends who welcomed him in despite his altercations.. but the appearance of Ruin the Quetzal (only the second fully transfixed character known of at the time) led to suspicions that Sark was trying to start from the ground up on an army of Transfixed.. but it was a trap..

I don't want to go into much detail here as I am working on a fairly detailed recount of the Saff backstory beginning to go with the end as a whole recap in the life of the fan character, influenced by some things and connections he has made with other characters here on site inadvertently, just to be woven into the relatively peaceful middle of his story. I'm hoping everyone will enjoy having the story on record to read and know more about Saff since there is a lot of thought I have put into him that has never made it into my art, and know that the end of the "canon" does not mean the end of the character, no worries on that front, I just wanted his story to be fully encompassing and all of that.

Well here's to looking forward for that. xD
